The Ride and Shine team was excellent! I've already recommended them to a friend. They were very communicative, professional, and helpful. They were understanding about the mess my 2yo son had made in the car and were able to clean it up completely, even giving the car seat its own special attention. They came to my work and were able to clean the car in our parking lot, which was so convenient. Jack, who cleaned my car, was awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car cleaned.

Not only did he walk me through the process and explain what products he was using, but the results truly speak for themselves, my car looks brand new!

Excellent experience with Ride and Shine Detail! I was able to schedule next day full detail on one of my cars that was in dire need of a detail. It was full of dog hair and dirt. They were able to get everything out and leave the car as if I had just bought it. They were prompt and very communicative. I will definitely be using Ride and Shine Detail for all my future needs.
First picture is the initial state of the car. I wish I had taken picture of the interior before they cleaned it, but it was in a horrible state. The following two pictures are after - the car was shining inside and outside.

Jose did an outstanding job with the interior detailing of my 2009 CR-V. He managed to remove stains that had been there for over 15 years—something I didn’t think was possible. When he was done, I hardly recognized the car—it looked almost brand new!
After I shared photos of the cleaned CR-V, the car sold immediately. I truly can't thank Jose and the team at Ride and Shine Detail enough for their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent service.

I loved using Ride and Shine for my car detailing experience! I haven’t had it detailed since I got the car and it was annoying to drive and not have it feel clean. Ride and Shines responsiveness and patience with questions was absolutely amazing! This was my first experience so I had many questions and they were all met with kindness and informative dialogue. It was super easy to book and the detailer arrived on time and got to work. They were very kind and I loved that they were able to come to my house as I have work. All in all I highly recommend!

Great interior cleaning! Car looks and smells brand new.

I had to double-check a few easy-to-miss spots (spare tire under trunk), but they promptly cleaned them and were transparent throughout. Would book again!

Simply the best. I had been going through a real rough patch in my life. I'm talking REAL rough. DARK. You would've seen me walking and been like 'Man, that guy's MESSED UP!' I was at the LOWEST I had ever been before. Think of the WORST day of your life. That was my life every day. She left me. This time for good. She convinced everyone the accident was MY FAULT too. The most painful part? Everyone believed her! Remember that old tv show LOST? Yep, I was LOST. I thought about moving to a new country, starting fresh. I thought about contacting my cousin who does hair in Scottsdale & seeing if he needed help with the phones. I even thought about changing my name. One day I stumbled across a google ad for "RIDE and SHINE" I thought what the hell? Why NOT me? Right? This really could be MY chance at something. Maybe Paul (from work) was right, maybe I needed to finally do something for ME that didn't include red wine. Lo & behold, after spending way less than I would've at other car detailing busineses, I came out with a car that felt, smelt, tasted & looked brand new. The next week, I got a job offer. The week after that a woman named Samantha got back to me on the dating app Hinge. Six weeks later, the charges were dropped. My children said it was ok to reach out again. I have no idea if Ride and Shine had anything to do with any of this, but I also don't know that they didn't. As someone who went through all of this, I can really sit here today and say, life isn't about the destination after all, it's about driving through the rain in a car you're proud to call your own.

Greg did an amazing job detailing my car. It was definitely suffering - dog hair everywhere, dusty, crumbs, basically just needed a bit of a glow up. Greg was especially helpful throughout the entire process he kept me updated, sent progress photos, and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Our Detail Shop address is 3 Westminster Pl, Garfield, NJ 07026. We are directly across from the Walmart Shopping Center. (We also offer mobile detailing)

Yes, we do! However, we operate by appointment only, so please call ahead.

Yes, we have a small waiting area. Although, for details longer than 1 hour, we recommend dropping off and picking your vehicle back up at a later time.   

Our detailing prices are dependent on the size and condition of the vehicle. We start with a base price and work from there.

Yes, as long as we have room in the shop, you can leave it overnight and pick it back up the following day. 

We do not offer traditional drive through styled car washes. Our base package, the Express Detail, takes about 1 hour. 

We accept debit cards, credit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle. We require a refundable 10% deposit when booking online, or when booking over the phone with a debit/credit card.
