Ride and shine detail helped me out when no one else could. I had severe water intrusion in my Subaru due to clogged sunroof drains. My mechanic couldn’t figure it out, another mechanic also couldn’t figure it out, but ride and Shine said they could. They did a great job flushing the drains, and then they did a great job remediating all of the water and giving the car a full detail inside and out. They are so nice to work with easy to schedule and very reassuring when dealing with a huge headache of a problem.

I reached out to Ride and Shine Detail about their water damage remediation services. I dropped off my car on Monday evening and picked it up Thursday morning. The sunroof drains were cleaned and clogs removed. The interior was stripped and thoroughly cleaned. All traces of the stagnant water (and smell) were gone. I’m quite happy with the service as they saved me from needing to replace an otherwise mechanically sound vehicle. The process was seamless and the price was fair.

The sunroof drain was blocked, leaving half of my car’s floor and the insulation underneath completely soaked. Greg and Jack from Ride and Shine were very professional. They provided a fair and reasonable estimate based on the extent of the water damage, then thoroughly dried and cleaned the interior. They also double-checked the drainage system to ensure there would be no further leaks. My car’s interior is now clean and looks as good as new. I’m very satisfied with their service!

I had a great experience with Ride and Shine Detail in Garfield. I originally brought my car in because I had discovered a significant amount of water trapped in a lower cavity on the passenger side. Greg and his team took the time to properly investigate the issue, remove the water, thoroughly dry out the entire affected area, and identify the cause — a clogged cowl drainage area near the base of the windshield that was allowing water to get into the car. What really impressed me was that they didn’t just extract the visible water and move on. They made sure the hidden area underneath was properly dried out so moisture wasn’t left behind to create odors, mildew, or other problems, and they also helped address the source of the intrusion itself. Once that was taken care of, they did a full interior and exterior detail, and the car came back looking and smelling great. Greg and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to work with. It’s not easy to find a shop willing to take on water-intrusion issues like this, so I really appreciated how they handled everything from start to finish. Highly recommend Ride and Shine Detail.

I had a minor flood in my car on a rainy day and Ride and Shine was able to take care of the water remediation, the damp smell, and the cleanup. My car interior looks and smells better than when I bought it. Thanks for the hard work and attention to detail!

Services done: Water remediation service (about $1000) and interior detailing (about $325). I accidentally left the sunroof open to my vehicle during a heavy rainstorm and there was rainwater everywhere in the front and backseat areas. Brought my vehicle to Greg and his team and they took care of things. Greg explained the process from start to finish and kept in touch during... It was a 2 -day process to get everything dried out and treated and when I got my vehicle back it looked like I had a brand new vehicle!! I cannot thank him and his team enough!!

Excellent job. Greg was super communicative about my situation - flooding and mold in my car. He gave a detailed explanation of how they were going to clean everything, dry the whole car, and finish the job. When I got my car back it looked brand new inside. It was a pricey service given the mold, but they were the best people for the job.

Our Toyota Corolla had issues with the sunroof and water got inside the interior. We needed water remediation services and Ride and Shine helped us out. Hands down.. a no brainer for a great value detail and wash - did the full detail interior and exterior and feel like I have a brand new car. Even took care of some pen marks that were still around after I attempted to diy clean it up. Best deal with bringing it in to the shop - 20 percent off. My 2023 Honda Civic was looking like a dust storm blew through it before I finally decided to get it detailed. There was nobody in Virginia I was willing to take my car to, but luckily I was making the drive to Passaic to visit family. Booking with Ride and Shine was extremely easy. Greg was super accommodating when I had to shift my appointment for a family emergency. The best part? They left my car looking brand new! It was incredible to say the least. I had mold buildup in my car floor due to clogged moonroof drainage. My dealer estimated $12k in repairs. Ride and Shine is one of the few companies in the area that clean out these kinds of issues. The car is like new after their treatment.

Took my mom's car in after she left the window open on a very rainy day- the car was drenched. Called and spoke to Greg who took us in right away. The next day her car was dry and very clean. Needless to say my mom was a very happy customer!

Simply the best. I had been going through a real rough patch in my life. I'm talking REAL rough. DARK. You would've seen me walking and been like 'Man, that guy's MESSED UP!' I was at the LOWEST I had ever been before. Think of the WORST day of your life. That was my life every day. She left me. This time for good. She convinced everyone the accident was MY FAULT too. The most painful part? Everyone believed her! Remember that old tv show LOST? Yep, I was LOST. I thought about moving to a new country, starting fresh. I thought about contacting my cousin who does hair in Scottsdale & seeing if he needed help with the phones. I even thought about changing my name. One day I stumbled across a google ad for "RIDE and SHINE" I thought what the hell? Why NOT me? Right? This really could be MY chance at something. Maybe Paul (from work) was right, maybe I needed to finally do something for ME that didn't include red wine. Lo & behold, after spending way less than I would've at other car detailing busineses, I came out with a car that felt, smelt, tasted & looked brand new. The next week, I got a job offer. The week after that a woman named Samantha got back to me on the dating app Hinge. Six weeks later, the charges were dropped. My children said it was ok to reach out again. I have no idea if Ride and Shine had anything to do with any of this, but I also don't know that they didn't. As someone who went through all of this, I can really sit here today and say, life isn't about the destination after all, it's about driving through the rain in a car you're proud to call your own.

Ride and Shine Detail did an incredible job! After my car was flooded during a storm, they were able to completely remove all the water and eliminate the odor. Greg was especially helpful throughout the entire process he kept me updated, sent progress photos, and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The turnaround time was quick, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality detailing work.

Excellent interior detail + mold remediation. Greg and the team were attentive to my needs and completely remediated mold from spilled liquid under floor mats in insulation. You truck and car nuts, want your vehicle to look show room new this the place to go. I have a 2023 Chevy truck garage kept. No assembly line car wash , hand only. It look good I thought. After Greg ‘s crew were finished it was as if in came off the lot but better. I had a couple dings they won’t fix that, however they even look good.. I went on a recommendation from a friend. The first visit explained all available options and prices. The second dropping off the vehicle we spoke more in detail then into life events. Didn’t rush me out genuine , there for 45 minutes. Wasn’t selling , didn’t treat u meal ticket. Only complaint I had it rained on day of pickup. Drove home put it the garage put a micro towel the water vanished the towel glided off the vehicle My message to u if your into your ride and want it stand out and deal with real people 👍. This is place. I am a real customer not a paid writer.

Had the best experience. The attention to detail was awesome. Felt like I got a brand new car. I had water issues in my Honda. Greg fully dried out the car and took care of any potential mold or bad smells. Truly happy with his service and highly recommend.

This is one of those places that makes you want to take your car in for some work just because you want to support their business. Excellent customer service, communication, and timeliness. Scheduled a last minute appointment (so easy with their online tool) for an interior detail and fix water issues in my car due to flooding, and they did not disappoint! Highly recommend this place.

I was hit last August and I couldn’t get my car into the shop til November. Of course, it decided to rain consistently throughout that time and rain gathered in the car causing it to smell of mildew. I’ve cleaned it myself through the diy instructions you can find online twice and it wouldn’t go away. One trip from these guys and they made the inside immaculate. Smell is gone, car is clean, thank you so much!!

My car had flooded and was in bad shape. Ride and shine came to my house and made my car look brand new. I couldn’t recommend their services enough. Very professional and they do an extremely thorough job!

I called on a Thursday afternoon around 12:00pm and they were able to fit me in the same day. My vehicle needed a deep vacuum due to dog hair, as well as a steam and shampoo of the carpets due to water having gotten inside during a storm. Our tech was able to complete the job in 2.5 hours and our vehicle was spotless and smelled fantastic afterwards. They were also much more affordable than every detailer I’d called that would have required me to take my vehicle to a garage. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and plan to be a repeat customer.
