Greg was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, his customer service was superb. He was professional, punctual, and paid incredible attention to detail. I was visiting from out of town and the hotel’s parking lot was full of trees that dropped sap all over my car. I called Ride and Shine for help and they were able to send someone to clean my car within a couple of hours. All the sap was removed and my car looked great!

Ride and Shine Detail are Workd Class!! I recently bought a used car that was in dire need of detailing!! They left the car looking brand new!! The whole process was easy to setup. Greg and the team did a great job on both the interior and exterior of my recently purchased GTI. I stressed to them that I wanted the entirety of the interior gone through - all nooks, crannies, storage compartments, and even the seatbelts - and they did just that. The exterior had pretty severe swirling on both the paint and black trim, which they addressed and restored very well. They also took me in for these services on relatively short notice, having only scheduled the appointment a few days in advance, which I very much appreciated. Thank you again Greg and team - my 8 year old car looks as close to new as one could ask for a car of its age.

I had scratches on my door so I took my car to get detailed at Ride and Shine to see what they could do to remove them. I was so impressed with the work they did. My car looks brand new! My car looks better than brand new! Ride and Shine Detail was able to remove stubborn tree sap on my black SUV and the car never looked better. The ability to have my car detailed in my own driveway was also a game changer and made my family's Saturday morning so much easier and more enjoyable than if we had to spend it at a carwash.

When I tell you I got extremely lucky finding such a great professional place that cares about what they do, I am not exaggerating. I had lost faith in my 87 Porsche’s faded red paint. I couldn’t believe how good it looks now after what Greg did to it. I jokingly said, did you repaint my car? I am bringing all my cars to Ride and Shine and you should too. Great experience. Super easy - they come to you. I ordered the night before. The team member showed up on time and did a wonderful full interior cleaning. Steam cleaning of the seats and vacuum, everything. Experience was smooth. Highly recommend.

I've used Ride & Shine many times. Their service leaves your car crisp, clean and looking like new. Steam cleaning is far superior to regular chemical detailing. Their mobile service is truly great. I've called them up for a "Winterize" service right before it gets cold and salty for the past two years. They show up on time and they bring their own water and generator. The deep-clean inside and out lasts all winter through the beginning of the summer.

I had mold buildup in my car floor due to clogged moonroof drainage. My dealer estimated $12k in repairs. Ride and Shine is one of the few companies in the area that clean out these kinds of issues. The car is like new after their treatment.

I have used Ride & Shine 3 times and they never disappoint. I run the Fleet for my company and we are always needing our bigger vans, trucks and vehicles washed and detailed - they offer mobile services!! The Ride and Shine team was excellent! I've already recommended them to a friend. They were very communicative, professional, and helpful. Where are you located?
Our Detail Shop address is 3 Westminster Pl, Garfield, NJ 07026. We are directly across from the Walmart Shopping Center. (We also offer mobile detailing)
Do You Offer Same Day Service?
Yes, we do! However, we operate by appointment only, so please call ahead.
Do You Have a Waiting Area?
Yes, we have a small waiting area. Although, for details longer than 1 hour, we recommend dropping off and picking your vehicle back up at a later time.
How Much Is A Detail?
Our detailing prices are dependent on the size and condition of the vehicle. We start with a base price and work from there.
Can I Leave My Car Overnight?
Yes, as long as we have room in the shop, you can leave it overnight and pick it back up the following day.
Do You Have a Quick Car Wash Option?
We do not offer traditional drive through styled car washes. Our base package, the Express Detail, takes about 1 hour.
How do I pay?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle. We require a refundable 10% deposit when booking online, or when booking over the phone with a debit/credit card.
